Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Webhoster / Provider

The web space provider stores data about every access to the website (in so-called server log files). This data includes: Name of the website, message about the access, browser type, operating system, referrer URL (previously visited website), IP address and the requesting provider. This data is only recorded for statistical purposes and to optimise the security of the hosting system.

Web-Analyse

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC (‘Google’), Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The data collected is also processed outside the EU. Cookies are used to analyse the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.

You can prevent this by configuring your browser so that no cookies are stored.

However, if IP anonymisation is activated via your browser, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. This means that only a rough localisation is possible.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU under the Privacy Shield Agreement. Further information: Google Privacy Policy & Terms of Use.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.

Use of social media

General information

Purpose of data processing: We use social media primarily to communicate with existing and new customers and to make information about our company available to a wide range of recipients. For this purpose, we process in particular contact and communication data as well as data necessary to measure the reach of the information we provide. In addition, the operator of the respective social medium processes personal data for tracking (e.g. creation of user profiles based on user behaviour or interests), remarketing (e.g. targeted advertising by cooperation partners) and to provide us with statistical evaluations of the use of our service.

Data subjects: Basically all profile visitors, i.e. people who access our profiles on social media.

Scope of data processing: For the purposes mentioned, we or third-party providers commissioned by us process personal data to identify the profile visitor (e.g. name, address), data that is necessary for contact with the profile visitor (e.g. email address, telephone number), data on usage behaviour (e.g. length of visit, pages viewed, etc.) and data on the use of our service. This personal data of the profile visitor includes data on usage behaviour (e.g. time spent on the website, websites accessed, content searched for, services used), technical data (e.g. IP addresses, devices and programmes used to access the website), B1 content (e.g. texts, photos, videos) and, with the relevant consent, data on the physical location of the profile visitor.
This personal data of the profile visitor is merged into a user profile and stored on the profile visitor’s end device as a file (‘cookie’). Other websites may also be able to access these user profiles in order to use and supplement the data contained therein for the targeted selection of advertising content. Third-party providers that provide social media and other data processing tools for marketing purposes may also store the data contained in the user profiles on their servers.

Legal basis for data processing: We process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in communication and direct advertising within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Data processing outside the European Union: The operators of social media sometimes process data outside the European Union.

Rights of data subjects: We ask our profile visitors to assert their rights to information and other data subject rights (e.g. deletion) directly with the operators of the social media if possible, as only the operators have unrestricted access to the processed data. We are of course happy to forward data protection requests (e.g. information, rectification, erasure) addressed to us to the operator of the respective social media.
Further information on the enforcement of your rights as a data subject, in particular on the existing options for objecting to data processing, can be found in the privacy policy of the operator of the respective social medium.

Use of cookies: The user profiles are stored as a file (‘cookie’) on the profile visitor’s end device. The storage of this file requires the consent of the profile visitor, which can be revoked at any time.
